The story follows Joe Kastle, a martial arts instructor who is asked by his master, Tetsu, to look after his grandnephew Hiro. When a scientist's daughter, Lisa, is kidnapped by a villainous ninja named , Joe and the young Hiro travel to Venezuela to rescue her.
