The story centers on (DMX), a professional thief whose latest heist involving a stash of "black diamonds" goes wrong when his daughter, Vanessa, is kidnapped by a ruthless arms dealer named Ling. To rescue her, Fait must form an unlikely alliance with Su (Jet Li), a Taiwanese intelligence agent who has his own history with Ling.
