Faulty RAM can cause data corruption during file operations.

When extracting with WinRAR, you can check the box labeled "Keep Broken Files" in the extraction dialog. This allows you to extract files that are partially usable, despite the error.

If multiple files are producing CRC errors, the issue may lie with your computer's storage:

Run a scan to check for bad sectors on your hard drive. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run: chkdsk X: /f /r /x (replace "X" with your drive letter).
